1 Payment-Terms - 50 % Advance along with PO, 50 against Performa Invoice before dispatch

of Material.

2 Taxes are Extra- as applicable

3 Transportation Extra as actule

4 Prices are ex-factory.

5 Wooden Packing charges are extra if required.

6 Unloading & any head load charges to be in customer's scope

7 Inspection at our works before dispatch of Material

8 Drawing preparation in 1-2 Weeks from the date of site survey

9 Delivery from 4-6 Weeks from the date of confirm order/advance & drawing approval by the customer

10 Door And any other cutting wastage in customer scope.

11 Any kind of civil work/MS work, if required, would be in customer's scope

12 Scaffolding, if required, would be in customer's scope

13 Electricity & water to be provided at the site by the customer

14 Floor level to be given plain (zero water level) by the customer, for installation of panels

15 Warranty- one year for Manufacturing Defect

16 Validity: This offer is valid for 30 days only.

17 Once order placed cannot be cancelled at any stage

18 we required permission to stay service team at working place for work longer time ( Max 8-10 Person)

19 Invoice would be made as per the actual dispatched quantity in accordance with the approved drawing by the customer.
